Tsai+ is a collaborative design and development practice.
Discovering what’s possible, one site at a time.
Practice
Tsai+ is the practice of Jay Tsai, a designer and developer based in Brooklyn.
Jay is a registered architect in the Netherlands and holds a Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture, where he later co-taught with Caroline Bos, co-founder of UNStudio.
For sixteen years he has led projects from the first sketch, the stage before anything exists. That work spans towers, mixed-use districts and masterplans in New York, Dallas, Toronto, Dubai, Riyadh and Melbourne, including twelve years as Senior Architect and Associate at UNStudio in Amsterdam and New York.
Tsai+ brings that experience to owners, developers, institutions and other architects, and carries each project through to completion with the people who will build it.
